The dinner at Emeril's was such an amazing experience. It was well worth what I spent. I would not hesitate to go again or recommend it to anyone. Ashley and Eryn have never been through a dinner like this. We were my normal 15 minutes early and expected a wait, no, we were seated immediately. Napkins were placed in our laps, servers were there on cue taking drink orders. We each had a server, water glasses never less than half full. As soon as a dish or utensil was done with, it was cleared. Very polite, professional servers and staff. Clear view of the kitchen and all activities. Our entree's were all brought out at the same time and set down in unison. As soon as my drink was finished a waiter appeared asking if I would like another (yes). That menu was brought for my perusing. Dinner plates cleared and dessert menus materialized. We each choose a masterpiece of creation. Eyes rolling back and closing with each bite. As they cleared the plates away, again in an instant i asked the server would it be beyond reproach to order another. She assured me that it would be a superb decision. I thought the only way to top the cheesecake I just ate was to order the carrot cake. I did not let myself down. The bill was settled with out an ounce of guilt on my behalf. We walked back to the hotel with another happy NOLA experience.
